**Mesh-Consensus Protocol** | CU-CH-05

## I. Technical Specification

**Mechanism: Asynchronous Peer-to-Peer Validation**
Governance in the CU is an automated function of the Veracity Ledger. **Veracity Score (VS)** is a dynamic function of Consistency, Contribution, and Verification.

**Liquid Participation:** A voting system modeled after Delegative Democracy. Nodes may assign their voting weight to specialized “Subject Nodes” (Doyens) in real-time.

## II. The Wetware Version

In the old world, getting anything done required a hierarchy. In the CU, we don’t do “meetings.” We use Collective Stewardship. Think of it like a world-class jazz band playing in a giant, open hall.
